LABOR MANAGER
Handles labor responsibilities on-site. Makes call changes, updates paperwork, oversees safety, and makes sure crews are working efficiently, and staffed appropriately.
EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Handles the management and organization of gear
related tasks. Works with client and production lead to ensure trucking and dock schedules are confirmed, truck
loaders are managed, and that on-site additions or
changes are handled.
AUDIO LEAD
Leads Audio crew in the set-up, operation, and dismantle of Audio equipment. Is the lead engineer during show and interfaces audio gear as required.
LEAD PROJECTIONIST
Oversees and participates in the setting, converging, and calibration of all projection elements. Warping and blending to be handled and configured to specs, must be addressed and communicated at time of call request.
DIRECTOR
Determines optimal camera placement and coverage;
works with talent and stage manager to determine camera blocking; calls (and often) does the actual switch on site
GRAPHICS OPERATOR
Oversees and participates in the setting, interfacing, and operation of all graphics machines and playback devices. Loads and manages slide decks and playback content. Can make on-site edits as necessary. Can archive media upon request and according to client specs.
VIDEO ASSIST
Assists Video Lead in the set-up, operation, and dismantle of video equipment as necessary.

Professional video camera set-up and operation.

LIGHTING LEAD
Leads Lighting crew in the set-up, operation, and dismantle of Lighting equipment. Is your lead engineer during show and interfaces Lighting gear as required per lighting design.
VIDEO LEAD
Leads Video crew in the set-up, operation, and dismantle of video equipment. Is the lead engineer during show and interfaces video gear as required. Scope to be addressed at time of call request.
RECORDING ENGINEER
Oversees and participates in the setting, interfacing, and operation of all capture and recording machines. Manages captured content and delivery of media
STAGEHAND
Is a general assistant for the load in, set-up, and dismantle of audio visual gear on events.
AUDIO ASSIST
Assists Audio Lead in the set-up, operation, and dismantle of audio equipment. Is an assistant to the Audio Lead during show.
LIGHTING ASSIST
Assists Lighting Lead in the set-up, operation, and dismantle of lighting equipment. Is an assistant to the Lighting Lead during show.
AV TECHNICIAN
Sets up, operates, and dismantles general audio visual equipment for breakout rooms and exhibits. Assists presenters in interfacing their presentations.
